Something's broken. Let's fix it this week.
Hacked, blank in Google, a contact form that stopped sending, links that go nowhere, a site that hasn't loaded properly on a phone since 2019. A fixed price, five working days, and no obligation to do anything else afterwards.
£750. Fixed.
What this covers
The thing that's actually wrong, fixed. Whatever brought you here — the broken form, the dead links, the pages Google can't see, the plugin that took the site down.
The site secured. Everything updated and tested, a proper backup taken, known vulnerabilities closed, admin access cleaned up and handed to you.
Made visible again. I'll make sure search engines and link previews can actually read your site — a surprising number can't. Page titles and descriptions written properly. Sitemap submitted.
Usable on a phone. Not a redesign, but the things that stop a phone visitor getting hold of you get fixed: tap-to-call, readable text, a form that works with a thumb.
Your Google Business Profile tidied. Hours, services, categories and photos brought up to date. Often the highest-value half hour of the whole job.
And a short written report on everything else I found, whether or not you ever do anything about it.
What it doesn't cover
A redesign, new pages, or new features — that's a build, and it starts at £2,500. If a rescue isn't the right answer I'll say so before you pay, not after.
Malware cleanup on a compromised site is quoted separately, usually £1,200–£1,500. That work is unpredictable in a way the rest of this isn't, and I'd rather quote it honestly than hide it inside a fixed price.
Who it's for
Businesses with a site that broadly works but has gone wrong somewhere, and no one obvious to ring about it. Very often the person who built it has disappeared, gone quiet, or shut down — which is how most of these situations start.
How it works.
Confirmed
I look at the site properly and confirm what's wrong and that £750 covers it. If it doesn't, you'll know before you've paid anything.
Fixed
The work, done on a copy of your site first, then applied.
Handed back
You get the site back, the report, and a fifteen-minute call to go through it.
What it costs
£750, fixed, paid on completion. No deposit — you pay when it's done and working.
If you want it kept that way afterwards, the Maintain plan is £300/month and the Grow plan is £900/month. Nobody's expected to take one, and the rescue is not a trial for it. Plenty of people have this done and I never hear from them again, which is a perfectly good outcome.
