What this covers

Kept working. Security and software updates, tested on a staging copy before they go anywhere near your live site. Daily backups that are checked, not just taken. Uptime monitoring, so if the site goes down at 2am I know before you do.

Kept findable. Your Google Business Profile actively managed — photos of recent work, services kept accurate, questions answered, reviews responded to. Monthly SEO & GEO (optimising for search engine and AI-generated results) work on the pages that matter, and content changes as your business changes.

Kept improving. Every month a few hours goes on making the site work harder: a clearer call to action, a page that isn't converting, a service you've started offering that isn't on there yet.

Who it's for

Businesses that would rather not think about any of this — no in-house person, no interest in learning WordPress, and better things to do than check whether a plugin update broke the booking form.

It works best when the site actually matters to how you get work. If your website is a business card you'd never look at again, the Maintain plan is probably all you need, and I'll say so.

How it works

Every week, checked on a schedule, including a live test of your enquiry form — a broken contact form is the most expensive fault a website can have, and it never announces itself. Anything that needs doing gets done or gets flagged to you.

Every month, written report on what I've done, what's changed in search, and what's worth doing next — in plain English, not dashboard screenshots.

Every quarter, we spend half an hour on the trend lines — what's working, what isn't, and where the next quarter's effort goes.

Leaving is easy on purpose. 30 days' notice, and everything is already in your name — the domain, the hosting, the code. Nothing needs unpicking and nothing is held hostage. The plan should be worth renewing on its merits.

What it costs

Grow — £900/month. Everything above: maintenance and security, Google Business Profile, monthly SEO & GEO work and the report, conversion improvements, and time each month for content and changes.

Lead Engine — £1,800/month. Everything in Grow, plus Google and Meta ads managed directly by me, landing pages built for the campaigns, call tracking so you know which enquiries came from where, a monthly strategy call, and responses within one working day.

Maintain — £300/month. Hosting, security, updates, backups and small edits only, for sites that don't need the marketing side.

Ad spend is separate, paid by you straight to Google or Meta. Minimum £300/month — below that a campaign never gathers enough data to learn, and I'd rather tell you that up front than take a management fee for something I know won't work.

On the £30-a-month plans you'll have seen advertised. Those are software applying updates automatically with nobody looking at the result. That's a different product, and for a brochure site it might be enough. What you're paying for here is a person rehearsing every change on a copy of your site before it touches the live one — which is why your site doesn't break on a Tuesday morning for reasons nobody can explain.

Two months minimum, then rolling with 30 days' notice.
